Akmola region

Akmola region is one of the largest and most developed regions of Kazakhstan and ranks ninth in size. It borders with Kostanai region in the West, North Kazakhstan region in the North, Pavlodar region in the East and Karagandy region in the South. The highest point in this area is Kokshe Mountains, which rises to an altitude of 947 meters above the sea level. And, the lowest point is Lake Sholaksor, which is only 67 meters above the sea level. Such significant rivers as the Yesil, Nura and Selenty flow through the territory of the region. Akmola region has several large cities, including Kokshetau, Kosshy, Stepnogorsk, Shuchinsk, Atbasar, Makinsk and Akkol. Each of them has its own special feature and interesting sights.

Bozok Settlement

The monument consists of several parts, occupying a total area of about 40 hectares. The central part consists of three sites ("quarters") with an average size of 35 × 35 m, surrounded by a rampart and an inner moat.
