Esentugel Baimukhanbetovich Eleuken is a famous Kazakh TV presenter, KVN organizer and producer.

Born 5 December 1973 in the Shalkar district of the Aktobe region.

In 1996 graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Chemical Technology with a degree in “Automation of Technological Processes and Production.”

Work activity:

• 1996–1999  – researcher-trainee of the department "Bioecology" Kazakh Chemical Technology Institute.
• 1998–2002  - editor-in-chief of the Kazakh edition of radio "Umax".
• 2000–2005  – engineer of the faculty “Art” International Kazakh-
  Turkish University named after H.A. Yassavi.
• 2005–2018  – President of the Republican Youth Public Association “KVN Union of Kazakhstan”.
• 2006–2008  - Head of the special program of the TV channel "KTK".
• Since 2018 the year – director of the TV channel "Tamasha TV" (including JSC "RTRK" "Qazaqstan") Esen Eleuken is the founder and leader of the "Zhaidarman" project, which has become the largest youth humor movement in Kazakhstan.
  Thanks to his work, KVN in Kazakhstan gained wide popularity, and many talented comedians and artists began their careers on the stage of Zhaidarman.
  He also made a significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan television, popularizing national humor and entertainment programs on the Tamasha TV channel TV."
