Seken Karimuly Turysbekov (born March 22 1961, Urjar district, East Kazakhstan region) – Kazakh composer, kyuishi, dombyrashy. Honored Artist of Kazakhstan (1992), winner of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of Kazakhstan (1989), chevalier orders "Parasat" and "Kurmet".
His present name – Serikbolsyn. Graduated from the Semipalatinsk Music School, then the Almaty Conservatory (now the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy) under
under the leadership of Magauiya Aubakirov. He worked in the ensemble "Sazgen", and in 2001 became artistic director of the ensemble "Konyr" Kaz" at the Eurasian University.
