The opera and symphony concert "Music without Borders" was held on the stage of the Astana Opera with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information.

The concert was opened by the symphony kui "Kyz Kuu" by Tles Kazgaliyev, the Astana Opera Orchestra performed under the direction of Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Abzal Mukhitdin. The aria of Semiramis from the opera of the same name by J. Rossini was hotly performed by Saltanat Akhmetov. Baritone Dinmukhamed Koshkinbayev performed the Kazakh folk song "Yapurai".

Variations on a Rococo theme for cello and orchestra by Pyotr Tchaikovsky were presented by the famous cellist Sergei Roldugin.

The musical evening was completed by violinist Pavel Milyukov, who performed Concerto No. 1 for Violin and orchestra by D. Shostakovich.
