About 30 rare books and 50 manuscripts were presented at the Gasyrlar Rukhaniyaty exhibition
In order to familiarize with the spiritual and cultural history of the country, the exhibition "Gasyrlar rukhaniyaty" of the Kyzylorda Regional Museum of Local Lore was held for the first time at the National Center of Manuscripts and Rare Books of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
About 30 rare books and 50 manuscripts in Arabic, Persian and Chagatai languages published in the XVIII-XX centuries, written monuments, seals of historical figures of the son of Maral Ishan Kalmukhammad, the miracle worker Seitpenbet, Bukharbai Batyr, Serdali bi, eight musical instruments used by the akyns and aityskers of the Syr region were presented to visitors of the exhibition.
It was attended by representatives of the Astana State Archive, the Yunus Emre Center for Turkish Culture, the Eurasian National University, the Amanat Party, scientists and specialists.
The guests were also able to get acquainted with the valuable written heritage and historical relics, which are the spiritual heritage of the country, the press service of the Ministry of Information and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
