A solemn event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the outstanding poet, statesman, and public figure Olzhas Suleimenov was held at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by poets, writers, state and public figures, representatives of the intelligentsia, and library readers.

As part of the anniversary evening, a large-scale literary exhibition "Ұлт игілігі – National Heritage" was organized. Guests were presented with the creative legacy of Olzhas Suleimenov, his first editions, as well as publications in the periodical press dedicated to the poet's life and work.

In addition, there was a presentation of the collection "Book of Poems," which brought together works from different years, reflecting the author's reflections on time, society, history, and human destiny.

At the end of the event, a documentary film by director Igor Gonopolsky, "I Never Lied to People...", dedicated to the life and creative path of the poet, was screened.
