Rare manuscripts from the 8th to 19th centuries were presented in the capital.

Turan University presented the exhibition "Uly dala tarikhynyn zhazba muralary," organized by the National Center of Manuscripts and Rare Books. The exhibition was dedicated to the written heritage of the Great Steppe and the stages of its development from antiquity to the present day.
The exhibition featured rare manuscripts from the 8th and 9th centuries in Old Turkic, documents from the Karakhanids, Golden Horde, and Kazakh Khanate in Arabic, Persian, and Chagatai, as well as examples of Old Turkic writing and publications in the Latin script. All materials are stored in the Center's collections. During the meeting, participants learned about the historical significance of written monuments, the specifics of their study, and preservation methods.
