A national scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the educator, singer-composer, linguist, and public figure Kapez Baigabılulı was held at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The gathering was attended by scholars, researchers, representatives of the intelligentsia, art figures, and library science specialists.

Arman Kyrykbayev, Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sent a congratulatory letter to the conference participants, highlighting Kapez Baigabılulı's educational efforts and his contribution to the country's public life.

During the conference, detailed discussions were held on Kapez Baigabılulı's educational and creative activities, his works in the field of linguistics, and his contribution to preserving the historical and spiritual heritage of the country.

Additionally, a two-volume publication dedicated to the life and work of Kapez Baigabılulı was presented to the public.

At the end of the event, an exhibition of historical documents and photographs illustrating the life and activities of Kapez Baigabılulı was presented.
