With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kulash Bayseyitova Kazakh National University of Arts continues to expand the country's educational space and create new opportunities for talented youth from Kazakhstan's regions.
As part of the state policy to ensure access to quality education in culture and the arts, the university is opening a representative office in the North Kazakhstan region at the beginning of the new academic year. This initiative aims to support creatively gifted youth in the northern region and create a foundation for their education and self-realization.
Today, the Kulash Bayseyitova Kazakh National University of Arts is one of the leading creative universities in Kazakhstan, training highly qualified specialists in music, theater, fine arts, film and television, art management, and other creative fields. Students and graduates of the university represent Kazakhstan internationally, winning prestigious competitions and festivals, successfully pursuing careers, and making significant contributions to the development of national culture. Opening a representative office in the North Kazakhstan Region will be an important step in strengthening regional cooperation, identifying and supporting young talent, and ensuring equal access to high-quality creative education for the region's youth. Applicants will be admitted to the Arts and Humanities program in the following groups:

Film and Television Directing
Applications and consultations for admission for the 2026-2027 academic year will be held from June 20 to July 6, 2026, at the following address: 50 Tauelsizdik Avenue, Astana.
Entrance examinations will begin on July 7, 2026.
