Art critic Olga Baturina presented to the President the exposition "Painting of the Steppe: Symbols, Colors, Images", which includes works by talented Kazakh artists.

The Head of State was also shown the original painting by Leonardo da Vinci "La Bella Principessa" (The beautiful princess). This work by the great Italian master of the High Renaissance is being exhibited outside Europe for the first time. The famous work is organized in collaboration with the Italian publishing house Scripta Maneant in honor of the 10th anniversary of the National Museum.

The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of the Italian Republic and the Italian Institute of Culture. Visitors to the capital will be able to see the painting "The Beautiful Princess" until August 4 of this year.
