As part of the Days of Kazakhstan Culture in Vietnam, Aida Balayeva, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Minister of Culture and Information, and Yerlan Kanalimov, Chairman of the Board of the Creative Industries Development Fund, met with Pham Thi Thanh Cha, Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to developing bilateral cooperation in culture, including the creative industries. The parties discussed opportunities for exchanging experiences and implementing joint projects in areas such as film, design, traditional crafts, and creative tourism.

One promising area is creative tourism, which combines traditional crafts, gastronomy, local customs and traditions, and creative programs. Significant potential also exists in the film industry: plans are underway to hold reciprocal film weeks, participate in film festivals, organize filming, and implement joint projects. It was noted that developing cooperation in the creative industries will open up new opportunities for domestic creators and will contribute to the further strengthening of partnerships between Kazakhstan and Vietnam.
