The regional stage of the Creative Shift accelerator programme, aimed at supporting and developing entrepreneurial and creative projects in the fields of creative industries and technology, has launched in Almaty. A total of 150 participants are taking part in the week-long bootcamp.
As part of the programme, entrepreneurs, creatives and creative teams will gain practical tools to develop their projects — from refining their business models and brand identity to mastering AI technologies, promotion, distribution and investment readiness.
Regional bootcamps will also be held in Astana and Shymkent. The most promising participants will continue their work during a seven-day in-person mentoring session in Astana.
The Creative Shift accelerator programme is organized by the Creative Industries Development Fund with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It covers four areas: audiovisual arts; music and performing arts; visual and applied arts; and literature, media and artificial intelligence.
