On January 23, the Roza Baglanova State Academic Concert Organization "Kazakhconcert" will host a musical evening commemorating the 270th anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the 120th anniversary of Dmitri Shostakovich.
The program will feature works from world classics performed by the State Forte Trio. The evening will feature Mozart's Piano Trio in B-flat major and Shostakovich's Piano Trio No. 2.
The Forte Trio is the first and only classical ensemble in Kazakhstan consisting of piano, violin, and cello. The ensemble was founded by pianist Timur Urmancheyev and includes international competition laureates: violinist Maksat Dzhusupov and cellist Murat Narbekov. The ensemble is one of the country's leading chamber ensembles and represents Kazakhstani musical art on the international stage.
