The Zhambyl Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic Society held a concert, "In the Name of Music," dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Academician Akhmet Zhubanov's birth.
The concert featured Philharmonic soloists, international competition laureates, and state award recipients. The program included works by Akhmet and Gaziza Zhubanov, national kuis, folk songs, and world classics.
Guests of the event also enjoyed an exhibition dedicated to the life, career, and legacy of the outstanding Kazakh composer.
The concert, "In the Name of Music," marked a vibrant conclusion to the Philharmonic Society's 90th anniversary concert season.
