During the week marking National Book Day, libraries across the country celebrated a themed day, "Söz önerіndegі ölketanu."
The second day focused on promoting the work of local authors and developing regional literature. Libraries, cultural, and educational institutions across the country organized meetings with writers, book presentations, literary evenings, and discussion forums.
For example, a poetry hour, "Aqiyq aqyn," was held in the Atyrau Region to promote the work of poet Khamit Yergaliyev. A literary and musical evening, "Zhyrmen örіlgen gumyr," was held in the North Kazakhstan Region to commemorate the 80th birthday of poet Shomishbay Sariev. A poetry competition, "Kulash Zhyry – Kazaktyk Syrly Unі," was held in Zhambyl Oblast to commemorate Kulyash Akhmetova's 80th birthday. A meeting with writer Aset Myrzakasym was held in Abay Oblast. A presentation of Almas Temirbay's book, "Zhekebatyr," took place in Akmola Oblast.

Over 400 events were organized across the republic, reaching approximately 15,000 people.
