In Astana, the “Asqaq Ruhty Äulieata” Fair of Zhambyl Region has opened at Qazaq Creative Hub. The fair was organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information as part of the nationwide Creative Aimaq project, implemented by the Corporate Foundation “Fund for the Development of Creative Industries.”

The venue features traditional crafts, local designer brands, modern technologies, and creative industry projects from the region.

An important part of the fair is the work of local applied arts and crafts masters.

A special place is dedicated to the Crafts Hall, which showcases products made of felt, wood, and leather, national jewelry, and souvenirs. Visitors can also purchase traditional clothing in an ethnic style.

On the first day, the fair welcomed 3,500 visitors. Creative industry representatives sold products worth 8.6 million tenge.

The fair is open through September 6, inclusive, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Qazaq Creative Hub, 16/2 Zhoshy Khan Street, Astana.
