The collection of the Military History Museum of the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces has been expanded with more than 100 items belonging to the first Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, Hero of the Soviet Union, and General of the Army Sagadat Nurmagambetov.
The relics were donated to the museum by the military leader's daughter and grandson, Aisulu and Sauk Nurmagambetov. The collection includes state awards, personal documents, military uniforms, souvenir and personalized weapons, and other items related to his life, military service, and public service.
The Order of Otan occupies a special place among the new exhibits. The museum collection also received authentic military uniforms and weapons presented to Sagadat Nurmagambetov over the years.
The donated items will complement the current personal exhibition at the Military History Museum dedicated to the life and work of Kazakhstan's first Minister of Defense.
