The Creative Industries Development Fund (CDF) is announcing a grant competition to support startups and innovative projects in the fields of domestic literature, book publishing, and digital reading technologies.
The competition will award 10 grants of 5 million tenge each. The total grant fund is 50 million tenge.
Authors and projects in comics, children's literature, fiction, and other literary genres, as well as developers of digital solutions in the field of LitTech, are invited to participate.
Business entities registered in Kazakhstan are eligible to participate.
Organizations and businesses operating in the fields of cultural and leisure activities, libraries, publishing, and museums, IT, and game development are invited to participate. One of the mandatory conditions is that the applicant must be registered in the Register of Creative Industries Entities on the unified digital platform QazaqCreative. Applications will be accepted in Kazakh or Russian from August 18 to September 28, 2026, until 6:30 PM, electronically via the QazaqCreative digital platform.
Competition results will be published on the QazaqCreative digital platform and the official website of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
