The regional Creative Shift bootcamp has launched in Shymkent.

A regional bootcamp for the Creative Shift program, aimed at developing and scaling projects in the creative industries, has launched in Shymkent.
The program is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Creative Industries Development Fund.
The bootcamp brings together authors, entrepreneurs, and teams representing audiovisual production, music and performing arts, visual and applied arts, literature, media, and artificial intelligence.
Over the course of a week, under the guidance of experts, participants will develop business models, explore promotion and monetization tools, work with target audiences, and identify opportunities for further project development.
Separate modules cover distribution, pricing, intellectual property protection, attracting partners and investment, and preparing for pitching.
Shymkent became the second city in the regional program, following Almaty, where the first stage took place from September 21-27. The next bootcamp will be held in Astana from October 19-25. Following the regional stages, promising projects will continue their work as part of a seven-day mentoring program in Astana. The final stage will be a Pitch Day, where participants will present their projects to potential investors.
