In one year and ten months, the play was shown 250 times. And the total number of viewers exceeded 100 thousand people.

The play was shown not only in the capital, but also in cities such as Almaty, Aktau, Atyrau, Oral, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Shymkent, Turkestan, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey and Zhanaozen, as well as in Bayanaul, Syrym, Oyyl, Karatobe districts. In addition, "Gauhartas" was presented as part of the Days of Culture of Astana in Moscow on the stage of the Moscow State Theater "School of Dramatic Art".

The author of the musical drama is Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan, Laureate of the State Prize, writer and playwright Dulat Isabekov.

The production was recognized as the "Best Performance" of the national award "UMAI-2023" in the category "Theatrical Art". Saltanat Inabat Rizabekova, who played the role, became the winner of the "Critics Award – 2023" in the category "Best Actress of the Year". The play also won the "Qazaqstan Ticketon Awards – 2024" in the category "Best Play of 2024" among state theaters thanks to popular voting. The dance and folk song "Kudasha" from the play have become a real trend on social networks, gaining millions of views. Videos of the dance spread not only in Kazakhstan, but also in China, Turkey and Russia.

D. Isabekov's story "Gauhartas", written in 1967, touches on topics that remain relevant today. The work reveals the importance of family values and the importance of respect for women.
