As part of the competition, the "Global Education Award" in the field of education was awarded for her significant contribution to the development of children's and youth creativity to the famous Kazakh violinist, Artist of Peace (UNESCO), artistic director of the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra, People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aiman Musakhodzhayeva.

The "Golden Dolphin" Award is an international award and is given to recognized cultural figures for their contribution to the development of culture, education and musical performance.

In addition to the information. Aiman Musakhodzhayeva is the artistic director of the Kazakh State Chamber Orchestra "Academy of Soloists", created on her initiative and known not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also far beyond its borders. The "Academy of Soloists" was transformed in 2019 into the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra, which successfully performs at the most prestigious concert venues in the world.

Thanks to her professional success, A. Musakhodzhayeva is included in the jury of several major International Violin Competitions: P. Tchaikovsky, M. Abbado, N. Paganini in Genoa, as well as A. Yampolsky.

Striving to raise the level of musical culture in her native country, Aiman Musakhodzhayeva founded the Kazakh National Academy of Music in Astana in 1998, which in 2009 was transformed into the Kazakh National University of Arts.

In order to prepare promising young musicians for the big stage, she created a university of international level. In an effort to improve the professional training of future musicians and figures in the musical field, Aiman Musakhodzhayeva organized the country's first five-stage education system in the field of art at the Kazakh National University of Arts, which gives students the opportunity to continue their studies to obtain bachelor's, master's and doctor of art history degrees.
