In the local mosque, they managed to find about a thousand copies of rare manuscripts of the XIX-XX centuries, 27 of which were transferred to the fund of the National Center. Among them are the book of Abdullah Rumi in the ancient Turkic language, forty hadiths, mujrah for all Muslims of the Soviet Union, etc.
During a visit to the personal scientific library of the scientist-historian Amantai Isauly, 15 manuscripts and rare works of the scientist were transferred to the delegation. Including the book "Gylym Haly", published in 1888, and "Tarzhima Gin al Galam", published in 1891, rare books from Kazan, Orenburg, Ufa of the early twentieth century.
"A rich collection of rare books and manuscripts found in the local mosque is a priceless heritage of our ancestors, as an integral part of the history of the region. It is very important to preserve it," - said the head of the restoration and conservation department Syrym Botabekov.
It should be noted that the main goal of the expeditions is to form a single list of relevant manuscripts and rare books in Kazakhstan, and enter them into the state register. After a thorough study of the manuscript, work begins on their restoration.
