The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a roundtable discussion and exhibition titled "Ulttyk Kiim – Ult Ainasy." The event was dedicated to promoting the spiritual heritage, traditions, and national values ​​of the Kazakh people through national dress. Participants focused on the historical development of national dress, its symbolic meaning, and its role in modern society.
During the discussion, ethnographers presented papers on the history and significance of national dress, its spiritual and cultural value. Masters of decorative and applied arts presented examples of national dress, discussing the specifics of their production and ornamental design. School and university teachers also emphasized the educational value of national dress and its role in preserving and transmitting national traditions.
As part of the event, an exhibition was organized featuring unique examples of national dress from the museum's collection. The exhibition introduced visitors to the rich heritage of their ancestors, the characteristics of traditional dress, and its artistic content.
