
The Roza Baglanova State Academic Concert Organization "Kazakh Concert" held a large-scale gala concert, "FOLK SHOW," to close out the 65th concert season and attract nearly a thousand spectators.
The project presented national musical heritage in a contemporary format. Adilet Azbayev, winner of national and international competitions and an accomplished cultural figure, composed and conducted the FOLK SHOW.
The concert program combined works of Kazakh musical culture, world hits, and soundtracks from famous film and television projects. Performing on stage were the Kazakh State Folklore Ensemble Astana Sazy, the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra, the G Band, and creative groups and artists from "Kazakh Concert." The program included compositions by Qazaq Symphony, "Shal", "KZ Hits", the cycle "Kazakh trend", Kurmangazy's kyui "Adai", works dedicated to the work of Batyrkhan Shukenov, as well as famous soundtracks from the world film industry.
