The international exhibition "Nur Shashu" opened at the HAS SANAT Art Gallery, bringing together artists from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The exhibition features over 60 paintings by Asel Tleulen, Sansyz Mirzirayimov, Abay Nasiridin uulu, and Islam Doorov.
The project explores the theme of a person's inner light, exploring it through different artistic styles, artistic intonations, and imagery. Despite the differences in creative approaches, the exhibition is structured as a coherent artistic statement about spiritual support, silence, hope, and the depth of human experience.
In a welcome address to exhibitors and guests, Aida Balayeva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, emphasized the importance of such projects for strengthening cultural dialogue and spiritual understanding between peoples.
"The 'Nur Shashu' exhibition is a significant cultural event, bringing together the best works of contemporary fine art, reflecting creative exploration and spiritual continuity. "It features renowned artists from our country and the Kyrgyz Republic. This is not only a platform for showcasing the artists' creative achievements, but also a vibrant manifestation of cultural dialogue and spiritual unity through art," the congratulatory letter states.
All participants in the exhibition work in the painting genre, but each explores the theme in their own unique way—through different styles, motifs, and artistic approaches. The exhibition combines portraits and landscapes, elements of abstraction, and inner acceptance. The exhibition will be on view until May 11, 2026.
