A presentation of illustrated audiobooks featuring fairy tales was held at the Central State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Recordings. The project, implemented jointly with Mektep Publishing House, was based on archival audio recordings and published in Kazakh.
The event was attended by archival specialists, representatives of educational and cultural institutions, and the library system.
The first edition includes 16 fairy tales. The audio recordings, narrated by prominent Kazakh artists—Serke Kozhamkulov, Torgyn Tasybekova, Kasym Zhakibayev, and Raimbek Seitmetov—convey the artistic characteristics of national folklore.
A distinctive feature of the edition is its combination of text and audio formats. Users can listen to professionally narrated works using QR codes.
During the presentation, participants also learned about the project's creation process and discussed issues related to the preservation of folklore heritage.
