As part of the Nomad Ballet program, art lovers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of domestic choreographers Sultanbek Gumar, Almat Shamshiev, Anvara Sadykova, as well as foreign choreographer Patrick de Bana.

Anvara Sadykova's miniature "Sarmatian Priestess" to the music of the alternative folk group Steppe Sons performed by Amina Kisembayeva and the corps de ballet, as well as Sultanbek Gumar's number "Rukh" performed by Islam Kaipbay filled the atmosphere of the hall with a spirit of perseverance and patriotism. The artists of the Astana Opera ballet troupe masterfully embodied the ideas of the choreographers- постановщиков on the stage, causing a storm of applause from the hall.

"The choreographic numbers presented tonight made me think a lot. I especially liked the miniature of the young choreographer Sultanbek Gumar "Mangurt" performed by the artists of the theater Limara Aidarova and Ruslan Kanagat. This work is relevant for our time. Unfortunately, in modern society, people pay more attention to material values than to spiritual ones. They read less and less, go to theaters, and are increasingly immersed in their phones. And this can lead to the spiritual decline of society in the future. I would also like to note that Almat Shamshiev's "Dem" number made a huge impression on me, in it I saw a real national flavor. It is very correct that the theater cultivates such talented personnel and provides an opportunity to show their work on stage", shared one of the viewers, Ayym Mukhanbetzhanova.

Sultanbek himself took to the stage with the number "Kyly Zaman" to the music of the ethno-folklore ensemble "Turan", staged by Patrick de Bana. The number, which tells about the difficulties experienced by the people on the way to independence, complemented the program of the evening. Also, duets from the ballet "Call of the Steppe" by this wonderful choreographer performed by Shugyla Adepkhan and Dias Kurmangazy, as well as Olzhas Tarlanov and Assel Shaikenova revealed the power of love and wisdom of ancestors.

The premiere of Almat Shamshiev's choreographic miniature "Dem" was a special event of the evening. Artists Bekzat Orynbayev, Raiymbek Bolat and Doskhan Zaidin managed to harmoniously convey the character of each hero. This production was remembered by everyone for its emotional intensity and deep content.

In addition, the audience was also able to enjoy the ballet "Scheherazade" to the music of N. Rimsky-Korsakov in the choreography of M. Fokin. The main parts of the Golden Slave and Zobeida were perfectly performed by the leading soloists of the ballet troupe, Honored Workers of Kazakhstan Baktiyar Adamzhan and Anel Rustemova.

The Astana Opera ballet troupe, which has won applause in its home theater, is preparing to perform on the famous stage of the Dubai Opera. It should be recalled that the collective, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will present P. Tchaikovsky's ballet The Nutcracker staged by Yuri Grigorovich on December 19, 20, 21 and 22.
