On March 23, Kazakhstan celebrates "Tazaru Kunі" (Nauryznama), the tenth and final day of the nationwide Nauryznama decade, dedicated to cleanliness, environmental stewardship, and the development of an ecological culture. This day symbolizes not only the renewal of nature but also the responsibility of each person to maintain cleanliness and order.
The program will focus on events organized by national cultural organizations, as well as environmental initiatives spanning the capital, Almaty, and the country's regions. Cultural institutions, cities, and towns will organize cleanups, public spaces, courtyards, and parks, tree planting, and landscaping. Residents, volunteers, and youth will join these events in Astana and Almaty, while initiatives aimed at fostering an ecological culture and respect for the environment will be implemented in the regions. All this underscores the main message of "Tazaru Kunі"—renewal begins with concrete actions and personal responsibility. Thus, "Tazaru kïnі" will conclude the Nauryznama decade as a day in which ideas of renewal and responsibility will find practical expression in concrete actions that unite society around the values of cleanliness, care for nature, and respect for the environment.
