Kazakh opera singer Mariya Mudryak has completed her tour in China. The performances took place on the main opera stages of the country - at the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing and at the Grand Opera House in Xi'an.
This is already the singer's fifth tour in China. The artist debuted in a new part for her, Countess Almaviva, in Mozart's opera "The Marriage of Figaro". Previously, she performed the part of Susanna in the same opera, but this year she presented the image of the Countess to the public for the first time - a heroine whose complex emotions give the production deep drama and artistic expressiveness.
Mariya Mudryak was born in Kazakhstan, and showed outstanding vocal abilities from an early age. From the age of 10, she studied in Italy, where she began her career in the children's choir of the legendary La Scala theater. A graduate of the Milan Conservatory named after Giuseppe Verdi, today she performs on the world's leading opera stages and is included in the list of the ten best sopranos on the planet according to international music critics.
The singer's next performance will take place in October of this year in Italy, at the Pergolesi Theatre (Jesi), where she will open the season in the part of Donna Anna from the opera Don Giovanni. Thus, Maria will complete the performance of the three central female roles in Mozart's opera trilogy.
