The Creative Industries Development Fund and the Tolqyn Film Fund signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation aimed at supporting the domestic film industry, developing creative projects, and expanding investment opportunities in the sector.
The agreement provides for the implementation of joint initiatives in film and the creative industries, the development of investment support mechanisms, the exchange of international experience and expertise, and the provision of consulting and information support to market participants.
The parties intend to focus on increasing the investment attractiveness of creative industries, enhancing the competitiveness of Kazakhstani projects, and expanding their access to international markets. The partnership also includes the creation of joint working groups and expert commissions.
Furthermore, the partners agreed to hold industry forums, conferences, seminars, and roundtables. These platforms will aim to foster professional dialogue, strengthen the creative economy ecosystem, and create new opportunities for creative industry representatives. The collaboration will encompass projects in film production, creative technology, digital content, media, and investment initiatives. Particular emphasis will be placed on promoting Kazakhstani creative products internationally.
