The anniversary concert of Honored Worker of Kazakhstan and renowned pop and opera singer Tolkyn Zabirova, "Omirge Gashykpyn," took place at the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation in Astana.
Aida Balayeva, Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, attended the gala event. Addressing the audience, the Minister read a congratulatory message on behalf of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The President noted that the singer is rightfully considered one of the most prominent representatives of national art—a performer with a unique timbre.
"You captivate the hearts of audiences with your brilliant performances of famous national and international operas, as well as lyrical songs. Your natural talent and tireless work make an enormous contribution to enhancing the cultural and spiritual wealth of our country. Thanks to your high level of education and noble human qualities, you enjoy well-deserved respect and honor among your contemporaries," the Head of State's message read. Tolkyn Zabirova has a unique voice that blends Eastern tenderness with the power of the steppe wind. The anniversary concert featured the best original, Kazakh, contemporary, and international hits: "Eternal Love," "Adagio," "PerAmore," "Perte," "Kara Maғan қara," "Өміргеғашықпын," "сен үшін," "Бұлбұл әні," "Жүрек" (CoverShow), "Сагына берін" (Cover Show), and many more.
