
A cultural and educational event "Amal Merekesі – Іzgіlіk pen Bіrlіktіn Belgіsі" was held at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the Nauryznama decade, dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz.
The event aimed to reveal the historical and cultural significance of "Kórisu kúni" and the Amal holiday as an important part of the spiritual heritage of the Kazakh people. Special attention was paid to promoting the traditional values of harmony, respect, and social unity.
The Amal holiday is one of the ancient traditions that strengthens mutual respect, solidarity, and good-neighborly relations through the custom of greeting and exchanging good wishes. This day holds a special place in national culture, contributing to the continuity of generations and the preservation of national identity.
The event program included an educational meeting, a presentation of traditional rituals, and an interactive cultural part. Participants learned about the history of the Amal holiday, as well as the educational significance of the "Kórisu kúni" tradition. Guests were shown theatrical performances reflecting the national customs of the Kazakh people, including blessings, respect for elders, and the tradition of greeting.
