The National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a memorial evening, "Kenya Duisekeev's Life," dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of composer, Honored Artist of Kazakhstan, and recipient of the Orders of "Kurmet" and "Parasat," Kenes Duisekeev. Art historians, composers, students, and readers participated in the event. The evening featured performances dedicated to the master's life and work, as well as works that have become part of the national musical heritage. It was noted that Kenes Duisekeev's work played a significant role in the development of national musical art and continues to be relevant for new generations.
