The 7th International Festival and Competition "Art Parade in Vitebsk" was held in Vitebsk, Belarus. The competition brought together over 1,200 participants from 12 countries, including Kazakhstan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, China, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan.
Kazakhstan was represented at the competition by Akerke Amalat, a fourth-year student at the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts. Performing a Kazakh folk song, she scored 129 points and won the Grand Prix in the Vocal category.
Akerke has previously won and been a laureate of numerous international and national competitions.
