The Kazakh animated film "Altyn Adam" won the Audience Award at the IV International Children's Film Festival held in Jordan.
The film was created by order of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the State Center for Support of National Cinema. Production was carried out at the Kazakhfilm studio named after Sh. Aimanov. Directors – Turdybek Maidan and Tilek Toleugazy, screenwriters – Annas Bagdat and Ularbek Nurgalym.
The festival was held from August 15 to 21 under the patronage of Princess Jalila bint Ali and was organized by the Royal Film Commission of Jordan. The competition program featured the best films for children and teenagers from Kazakhstan, China, the Netherlands, Latvia and other countries.
On June 5, the animated film "Altyn Adam" was released in Kazakhstani cinemas.
The animated film tells the story of a Saka warrior who went to the top of Khan Tengri in search of the fire of life. The picture conveys the idea that true strength lies in the purity of spirit and the desire for good. The main goal of the project is to educate children about moral and spiritual values.
