Students from the Kazakh school-studio "Kydyrëli – Karakët" toured China, presenting their national musical art at international cultural venues. The young artists performed in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Beijing.
The tour was part of an international cultural and creative program organized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Kazakhstan joined the project for the first time, bringing together young performers from the United Kingdom, Scotland, Thailand, Russia, the United States, and Hong Kong.
The dombra played a prominent role in the Kazakh participants' performances. Through the sounds of this national instrument, the young musicians introduced international audiences to the richness of Kazakh musical culture and folk performance traditions.
The tour program included not only concerts but also visits to international schools in China, educational events, and creative meetings. The participants exchanged experiences with peers from various countries, and agreements on friendship and cultural cooperation were signed between the educational institutions.
