All books by Radik Temirgaliev are about various periods and events that occurred in the history of Kazakhstan.
Initially, the idea for the book "Tamga. History of the Kazakh tribes" arose in 2018 to promote the philosophy of the tamga brand and gradually grew into a large scientific work. The book is dedicated to the history of Kazakh tribes and clans. Based on a large number of sources, it describes the origin of the Kazakh tribes and their role in various historical processes and events. It addresses the issues of relationships between different tribes and their relations with the Khan and Sultan authorities. It highlights the topic of assigning specific territories to individual tribes, as well as their migrations. Significant attention is paid to the biographies of outstanding historical figures, showing the existence of special dynasties of rulers who, for centuries, ruled clans and tribes. All illustrations in the book's design have their own specific meanings.
The book consists of five parts, three of which tell about the peoples of the Senior, Middle, and Junior Zhuzes. The fourth part is dedicated to the tribes located "outside the Zhuzes", and the fifth part is dedicated to the new, "fourth" Zhuz, in which the author talks about the history of large ethnic groups in Kazakhstan.
The book is intended for professional researchers, teachers, students, and a wide range of readers interested in the history of Kazakhstan.
At the meeting with readers, along with the author of "Tamga", were also Zhaksylyk Sabitov, director of the Scientific Institute for the Study of the Ulus of Jochi, and sociologist, writer Kamila Kovyazina, author of the novel "Five Years".
